How to make Apple, Nutmeg & Clove Sugar Scrub
Sugar scrubs are great for the skin. When used it provides a mild exfoliation allowing beautiful refreshed skin to show and glow. This Apple, Nutmeg & Clove sugar body scrub is another great treat for maintaining a beautiful skin.

I love using this one in my hands, elbows, knees and feet. The earthy smell of the nutmeg and clove essential oils is grounding and the added apple caramel fragrance gives this a lovely Autumn aroma.
Ingredients and materials to make Apple, Nutmeg & Clove Sugar Scrub
- 3/4 cup of light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp jojoba oil
- 10 drops of Apple Butter and Caramel fragrance oil
- 3 drops of Nutmeg essential oil (find my favorites essential oils here)
- 3 drops of Clove essential oil (find my favorites essential oils here)
- 8 oz mason jar to keep the sugar scrub

How to make Apple, Nutmeg & Clove Sugar Scrub
Step 1: In a medium size bowl separate the brown sugar.
Step 2: Using a measuring cup melt the coconut oil, once melted add the jojoba oil, nutmeg and clove essentials oils and apple fragrance. Mix well.
Step 3: Combine the melted oil mix with the brown sugar and mix well until fully combined.
Step 4: Place the sugar scrub in the mason jar for saving.
Step 5: Print out and cut out the labels in the free printable and place a small amount of glue on the back and glue to the mason jar lids.
This brown sugar body scrubs provides a mild exfoliation. These are also great for a foot scrub or just to pamper yourself anytime and reveal that gorgeous skin. There is nothing better than a gorgeous, moisturized, soft and smooth skin. This sugar scrub can certainly help with that and it can also be a great handmade gift.
This recipe fills one 8 ounce mason jar, however for gifting you can split and use two 4 ounce jars or double the recipe.
Sugar scrubs are fairly easy to make and there are so many different variations that you can create using different essential oils or your favorite fragrance. I have added a few other DIYs I’ve made below to give you more inspiration and spark your creativity and imagination.
