Campfire Marshmallows Whipped Soap DIY

This campfire marshmallows whipped soap DIY was inspired by the anticipation of summer camping and summer adventures. I purchased this fragrance oil some time ago but because it discolors due to the amount of vanillin I wanted to use it in skincare products other than cold process soap. Whipped soap is great because I made a small batch that we will use up fairly quickly. Regardless, the discoloration is only cosmetic and does not affect the soap but I also like gorgeous whipped soaps. I hope you try and like this one. As always, my approach when coming up with ideas for whipped soap DIYs is to pair colors that come to mind when I smell the scent. Not a lot of science but a lot of intuition! I decided to pair a lovely gold mica and lines of chocolate brown colors in this whipped soap. Fun combination and perfect for summer camping.

I love making whipped soap. I use it all the time and give it as a gift to my family on occasion. There are so many variations of whipped soap that you can create by simply changing colors and scents and also making whipped soap inspired by the seasons. For this campfire marshmallows whipped soap DIY, you can use a whipped soap base or make your own. I have a DIY whipped soap base from scratch post that you can use to make your base from scratch. Otherwise, I have a recommendation for one of my favorite store-bought whipped soap bases in the list of ingredients below.

Campfire Marshmallows Whipped Soap

I’ve had this scent for some time but I think it reminds me of summer and autumn so I was looking for the perfect time to use it. It is a lovely scent very sweet with vanilla notes. This scent is great for other skin care projects such as body butter, creams, and lotions, it is just wonderful and perfect for summer.

In this formulation, I’ve added mango butter. I use mango butter in some of my skincare formulations when I want to maintain a harder consistency and for skin care for the hot months of summer. I like that it has a higher melting point and keeps the skin care products more consistent in the heat. You can also replace the mango butter with shea butter or kokum butter.

How to make campfire marshmallows whipped soap

Separate 4 ounces from the whipped soap base container and place in a mixing bowl. Learn how to make whipped soap base from scratch in this post.

Weigh out the 0.5 ounces of mango butter and melt it in the microwave, then add it to the mixing container with the whipped soap base.

Use the hand mixer and mix for a minute or two to mix the mango butter and whipped soap base.

Add the Vitamin E oil, and the campfire marshmallows fragrance oil if you plan to use it, and mix well for another five to seven minutes using the hand mixer.

Mixing for five to seven minutes will incorporate air into the mix and will create the light and fluffy consistency of the whipped soap. Be patient, it is worth it.

Add the gold color mica to the whipped soap base and mix well.

Finished and piped into jar campfire marshmallow whipped soap

To pipe the whipped soap into the jars place the brown color mica mixed with a small amount of sweet almond oil on the cling wrap, then place the whipped soap over it on the cling wrap.

Finally, insert the soap into a piping bag and pipe the whipped soap into the saving jars.

Use it as often as you want. This is just a great treat for the shower or bath. Enjoy this lovely whipped soap in all your summer camping adventures!

    Marbled Clay Palette DIY

These past few days I have been good at keeping my daily painting practice. I found myself looking for another palette and decided […]
