Today I am excited to share a new journal that I have added to my collection. I enjoy journaling and putting my thoughts on paper. This helps me plan and organize my thoughts and capture ideas, goals, and accomplishments. I like to document some of the observations from my walks and outdoor adventures. These help me formulate even more ideas and provide inspiration for my art and DIYs as well. I’ve added this guided journal for gratitude and celebration to my collection and hope you find it useful.

It has been well documented that writing in a gratitude journal increases well-being, reduces stress, increases optimism, and can even help sleep better.
This gratitude journal is different in the way that it sets up first to write down your accomplishments for each day, big or small, internal (such as learning something new) or external (such as enjoying a vacation day).
It then sets up space to capture actions or ideas to take based on those accomplishments. This is great if you are making small progress on your goals. This journal prompts you to capture a completed task each day. Then set up a small list of the next few tasks that can help you take that accomplishment in an even greater direction.
Then there are additional prompts and spaces for a list of gratitude and additional reflection space.
Gratitude and celebration are a great wellness practice
This Gratitude and Celebration Journal is available on Amazon and I think it is a great journal if you are just starting a journaling practice as well.
A few tips when using this journal and also to keep in mind with any gratitude journaling routine:
- See the good things as “gifts.” This will help you stay open and not take things for granted. Try to enjoy, relish and savor the “gifts” you receive.
- Appreciate the small things in life. Even the smallest gain is an opportunity to be grateful. Were you able to read 10 pages of your favorite book today? That is awesome, celebrate it!
- Try not to feel pressure to write every day but commit. Even if you decide to write every other day or 2 days a week. Make the decision and stick to it.
I have created various journaling posts that can be helpful if you are looking for more guidance on how to start a journaling routine or are interested in some other of my gratitude journals.
