How to make a diffuser bracelet
This is a project that I have been wanting to make for some time. I use essential oils all the time and this diffuser bracelet is another way for me to carry the essential oils with me. I love the aromatherapy form Lavender essential oil or the fresh energy that I get from Peppermint essential oi.

Materials needed to make a diffuser bracelet
- Air dry clay
- bracelet beads of various types
- silver memory wire
- patterned buttons for stamping (or your favorite stamp)
- small flower cookie cutter
Follow these steps to make a lovely diffuser bracelet
Gather enough of the air dry clay to make to make a three inch diameter ball. Roll out the clay using your hands or a roller pin to about 1/4 inch thick.
Using the patterned button, stamp the pattern on the clay.
Cut out the clay using a flower cookie cutter.
Using a toothpick make through holes on opposite sides flower petals.
Allow the clay pattern flower beads to air dry as specified in the package.
Create the pattern using the bracelet beads and set aside. Cut the size of your bracelet by measuring your wrist and add an extra inch for the end. Add the jewelry hook on one end of the silver memory wire using the jewelry making pliers. Then add the pattern selected through the silver memory wire. In this case I used two 6mm and an 8mm pattern, with the newly created clay beads to the sides, then in the middle I used an 8mm white lava stone bead. Finish the diffuser bracelet by closing with the other end of the jewelry hook.
Now you can take you favorite essential oil with you without having to take the full bottle. I usually carry some of my favorite essential oils but often worry that with the heat those can get damaged and loose some of the potency.
With this diffuser bracelet I can now just put a drop or two on the clay beads and enjoy the aromatherapy.
Also, this neutral look goes with almost every outfit that I have, if not, that is ok I will still wear it.
There are so many crafts that you can do with clay. Here is a project for Autumn clay magnets I made some time ago.
