Top 5 DIY Crafting Kits That Adults Will Definitely Enjoy

I think everyone should have a hobby. Having a hobby is great for reducing stress and staying current and learning new things. They can also help in developing patience and other life skills as well as challenge you and enrich your life. Hobbies come in all forms but if you are here you know that I will be sharing craft hobbies ideas that are great for the mind and the soul. I love reading but I also love creating new things, I love writing and just all things DIY. Hence, this blog. These are all great ways to destress and fantastic hobbies. However, today I want to share some of the best DIY craft kits for adults that will get your creative juices flowing and help you find the perfect hobby to clear your mind and grow your creativity.

My first recommendation is handmade candles. I love making candles and I have shared some of my own DIY in my Almost Paradise soy wax candles, Lavender and Vanilla soy wax candles and the Lavender and Floral soy wax candles.

Candles are so versatile that can be made any time of the year. Change the fragrance and you will have a perfect scent for each season.

This DIY candle kit is just perfect. It includes everything that you will need to make gorgeous and luxurious candles. It uses beeswax and includes six different fragrances so that you can find the perfect scent for you. I love that it also comes with a thermometer and a melting pot that can be reused if making candles becomes your new hobby.

My number two recommendation is the Print Making Rubber Stamp making kit. You can create your own stamp for making cards, thank you cards, or even a business logo.

The third recommendation is this Wood Burning Kit. This is just perfect with lots of different tips and a dual temperature to have better control of the design. This wood-burning kit is perfect as a gift for dad as well as a great gift for a teenager looking to explore craft ideas and use their time creating new things.

Another one of my favorite things to work on is art projects. This wonderful Paint by Numbers DIY Kit made it fourth in the top 5 DIY Craft Kits for adults. I love painting and I know I am not the best artist, so painting by numbers is a great way to create a true masterpiece even without all the talent. There are so many beautiful options to choose from. A hand painted masterpiece is a great idea for decorating the home. It will also be a great idea for a gift to friends or family.

My fifth recommendation in the top 5 DIY craft kits for adults this year is a Macramé DIY Kit. This is absolutely another great option. It is perfect for creating three unique plant hangers. Having plants inside the home is a great way to bring some green and life, but also fantastic for helping clean the air naturally inside the home. And these plant hangers are just the beginning. With learning just how to make these there are so many more options to create more macramé décor for the home.

These are my top 5 DIY craft kit ideas. All these craft kits are fantastic options to try and decide if you want to make it a hobby. Even just to try and learn that is something you like or not is also a benefit. These are all options to also gift a handmade gift to friends and family on a budget.

I hope you get to try them and enjoy them. If you do I would love to hear what you think and whether you’ve found a new hobby,

Jasmine

Marbled Clay Palette DIY

These past few days I have been good at keeping my daily painting practice.
